Meta Tag Analizer

Here is a site that will break down your keywords, titles and descriptions and tell you where you need to make improvements or not. Also a great way to see what your competition is doing.

My results are that my Bonanzle booths are 95% for my Treasures booth and 89% for my Boutique booth however, LoftBlvd is 0%??...  :'(

No wonder I'm not getting results there.. I did contact Sandi about it since I could not find a place to enter meta tags.. Waiting on her...

I heard back from Sandi and this is what she has to say.

"Did you do it this week?  We are adding servers and adding an additional datacenter, so right now so files/databases are being moved and altered.  Non-essential databases are being changed for new server configuration.  We started the move/changes Monday and they official change over will occur Sunday.  We consider the marketing databases as "non-essential" so keywords and descriptions, etc would be off.  Now if you did this before then, we need to check and see why the keywords are not showing up.

IFYI, the SellersLoft will be down for a few days beginning Sunday as we update and add some features.

Sorry for the delay, we grew faster than we expected, add we customize each store it is not like other sites where it cane be all automated, we are closing into the 1000 store mark, plus about 1 million items (unique items, not counting multiples of one item).  I've been afraid to hire moe employees because of the economy, and I didn't want to hir people, then lay them off, but if things do not slow down on new stores, I will have to.

Many thanks, Sandi"

http://loftblvd.com/ The site went live Sept. 1 2008.

Sandi, the creator of loftblvd, can tell you more about it in detail however, it's a site that has stores that are owned by the seller and hosted by Loft. You have the option to have a .com store, registered in your name, or just have a store hosted by loft as mine is.

You pick a store template and they design it the way you want it. They designed my original store and I had them make changes as I got feedback from friends on it's look. I was one of the first stores created.

http://oakisland.loftblvd.com/index.php

There are a lot of features that they offer such as a bulk loader, not operational yet  :'(, so that you can load items to different sites you list on. The in store search is suppose to be able to, not only search within the store but, also search all your other items on other sites. I haven't check that feature out so, don't know if it works.

Yep, I've seen your store there..

Yes, you can have a dot com registered in your name and as owner, you can take your store with you. You do not have to host it with loft. Sandi can tell you more about it. I can't remember the details..
