How To Read and Post Personal Messages (PM's)

Click on the My Messages tab at the top of any page.

To Post a New Message to a Member:
1. Click New Message on the left side of page
2. Enter Member's user name
3. Enter Subject if you need one
4. Scroll down and enter text, smilies, etc just like you would if you were posting in the Forum
5. Click Send Message ------ and you're done

To Read a New Message from a Member:
1. Click on the My Messages tab at the top of any page --- when you have a new Message there will be a number in parentheses.
2. Click on the unread message (it will be in BOLD) and read.
3. If you want to reply to that message, just click reply and follow the directions above.
4. The train of thought easier to follow if you click Quote instead of Reply.....then the reader can see what you are replying to.

Please remember to check the MyMessages tab on a frequent basis to see if you have New Messages.

Here is a tip that will let you know when you receive a Personal Message (PM) while you are signed in the Forum.

Go to your Profile.
On the left, under Modify Profile ---- Click on Personal Message Options.
Check the tic box that says: Show a popup when you receive new messages?
Click Change Profile at bottom right.
Done

Now you will get a pop-up message every time you receive a new PM
