Karma can be found on any post right above a members Avatar.
The purpose of Karma is to give members a way to say Thank You to another member for helping them in some good way. This helps other members see who they can go to for help, etc. It is not a place for folks to click on Karma just to add it to their friends.
Above each members Avatar on all posts you will see:

[applaud] is what you click to leave someone who has helped you Good Karma
[smite] is what you click if you want to leave Bad Karma. Please do not use this just because a member is here you don't like or you are mad at someone. They have to have done something really terrible to get this and it will be monitored.
This is a way for us to allow members who help to get some recognition for what they have done to help. Please make sure this is not abused as we will ban anyone we find abusing this system. That would not be fair to folks who truly deserve the recognition.
